On October 24, Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department organized a program to select "Lucky Invoice" for the third quarter of 2024.

The program is implemented based on the database of electronic invoices with tax authority codes, ensuring that invoices have full information of the buyer and are created from July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024. "Lucky invoices" are applied throughout the province, for all invoices with tax authority codes, including electronic invoices generated from cash registers of organizations and businesses that meet the conditions to participate.

At the program, under the witness of the Supervisory Board, the Organizing Committee randomly selected 269,913 bills from among the 269,913 bills eligible for the lucky draw, which is 20 times the number of bills selected for the first time in the "Lucky Bill" selection period.

As a result, there were 44 lucky invoices of individuals and businesses winning prizes. Among them, there was 1 first prize worth 10 million VND for customer Le Doan Hoang who bought products from Thanh Thang Trading Company Limited; 3 second prizes worth 5 million VND each, 5 third prizes worth 3 million VND each and 35 consolation prizes worth 2 million VND each.

All winning invoices are electronic invoices with tax authority codes and buyer identification information (tax code, CCCD/ID card/Passport). Winning invoices do not include canceled, adjusted, replaced invoices or invoices with duplicate tax codes of the seller and buyer. The program ensures transparency, objectivity and close supervision, to encourage people to get electronic invoices when purchasing goods and services, contributing to protecting consumer rights and strengthening tax management.

The Lucky Invoice Program ensures that the selection of winning invoices is objective, public, transparent, and closely monitored by the Supervisory Board. Through the program, it is aimed at encouraging buyers to get into the habit of getting invoices when purchasing goods and services; at the same time, it is the responsibility and obligation to comply with tax laws, as well as to use electronic invoices with codes from the Tax Authority.

The specific results of the program are publicly announced and detailed by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department on the Electronic Information Portal https://thanhhoa.gdt.gov.vn and on mass media and the prizes are awarded to the winners according to regulations.
