In the first half of 2025, PVI Insurance recorded total revenue of VND 14,500 billion, an increase of 34.6% over the same period in 2024. The growth rate, about 3 times higher than the market, also helped PVI Insurance complete 137.6% of the 6-month plan and reach 73% of the yearly plan. This growth rate also reflects an impressive growth cycle of PVI Insurance in a context where many insurance companies are still cautious.

In addition, figures such as original insurance revenue reaching more than VND 8,000 billion, accounting for nearly 19% of the total market share of the non-life industry and pre-tax profit increasing by nearly 41%, reaching VND 674 billion in the first 6 months of 2025, also show that PVI Insurance not only grows in scale, but also maintains operational efficiency and profitability.

The re-rating of A - (excellent) by the international financial credit rating organization AM Best helps PVI Insurance open up many opportunities for development and cooperation in the reinsurance business. Reinsurance revenue has grown strongly, in line with risk appetite, combined with safe and effective reinsurance cession programs, contributing significantly to improving the efficiency of insurance business activities.

Behind the positive financial results are strategic changes. Revenue from e-commerce increased by more than 82%, demonstrating the adaptation to online consumer behavior. At the same time, social insurance collection activities reached VND 1,651 billion, up 56% over the same period, significantly expanding the customer base. Both of these factors reflect the multi-channel and digital orientation that PVI Insurance has pursued over the years, turning technology into a tool to expand the market.

However, growth cannot be sustainable without a risk management foundation. PVI Insurance has invested heavily in internal control systems, restructuring the appraisal and compensation process. This not only minimizes losses for the business but also improves customer experience - a factor that is increasingly becoming a "competitive measure" in the insurance industry. Thanks to that, PVI Insurance maintains the image of a business that can accompany customers in all fluctuations, strengthens market confidence and long-term competitive advantages.

The special feature of PVI Insurance lies not only in the domestic figures, but also in the fact that the enterprise is increasingly recognized in the international arena. The credit rating organization AM Best continues to maintain PVI Insurance's rating at A - (excellent) - an important indicator of financial capacity and ability to fulfill commitments.

In the insurance industry, maintaining a stable rating over many years is of great significance, as it directly affects the ability to cooperate with global reinsurers. And PVI Insurance is also the only Vietnamese insurance company to date to achieve a credit rating of A - (excellent).

In 2025, PVI Insurance will also be the only non-life insurance company in Vietnam to be honored by InsuranceAsia News (Hong Kong) in all three important categories: Excellent Insurance Company, Excellent Claims Management and Excellent Digital Insurance. At the same time, Insurance Asia Magazine (Singapore) awarded the "Underwriting Initiative of the Year - Vietnam" to recognize innovations in product design, application of artificial intelligence in appraisal and issuance of applications. These awards not only enhance the reputation of PVI Insurance, but also contribute to promoting the image of the Vietnamese insurance industry in the region.
