Mr. Mai Van Thoi, an official of Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, said that since the evening of October 26, the ward's functional forces have been going to each house to mobilize and evacuate people to ensure safety. "We have prepared enough food such as instant noodles, cakes, and drinks in the classrooms of Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School so that people can safely avoid the storm. Currently, the mobilization work is still continuing to call on people to safely avoid the storm," Mr. Thoi shared.
