Baby girl was held by her legs and thrown out into the street by her father

On November 1, Duong Vu Lam, 39 years old, was summoned by Nghi Son Town Police to give a statement and clarify his child abuse. The content of the meeting has not been made public.

Security camera recorded Duong Vu Lam picking up his daughter's legs and throwing them out onto the street on the evening of October 29.

According to the initial investigation, at around 8pm on October 29, after coming home from work, Lam turned on karaoke to sing. His wife brought their 3-year-old daughter to the front door and beat her until she cried.

Thinking that his wife was beating their daughter to teach him a lesson, Lam rushed out into the yard and kicked his daughter in the buttocks, causing her to fall. The father then lifted his daughter up by her legs and threw her onto the street in front of the house. The girl suffered a fractured shoulder and was taken to the emergency room.

The incident was recorded by the family’s security camera and later spread on social media. The girl is now mentally stable and has been taken home for care and health monitoring.
