In the first 9 months of 2025, the Ward Party Executive Committee has led and directed the good implementation of socio -economic development tasks in the area associated with the implementation of the 2025 theme of Ho Chi Minh City.

After its establishment, Binh Quoi ward focused on closely coordinating with the city's departments and branches to continue implementing key projects such as the Binh Quoi New Urban Area project and the Thanh Da apartment cluster project. The management of construction order, sidewalks, and environmental sanitation was directed resolutely; 100% of land use right certificate applications were processed; environmental sanitation campaigns were organized, flood prevention, pollution control, and the "Weekly collection of household hazardous waste" program was organized.

The ward also completed the goal of eliminating poor households, taking good care of near-poor households through supporting health insurance cards and exempting tuition fees. Medical activities, disease prevention, and child protection are closely concerned.

However, the ward still has some limitations such as: Party development work is still low (reaching 8/22 targets, rate 36%), personnel situation is still difficult, illegal construction still exists.

Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Quoi Ward Do Thi Minh Quan delivered a concluding speech, stating that in the coming time, the ward will continue to coordinate to promote and implement key projects in the ward, promptly report to the city on difficulties to resolve. At the same time, review the ward's planning if necessary, coordinate with the city's departments and branches to adjust the planning to suit the current reality of Binh Quoi Ward.

The ward also continues to pioneer the application of digital technology in all aspects, from administrative management to public service provision. The ultimate goal is to improve people's satisfaction, so that every citizen can feel the convenience, transparency and efficiency that the government brings.

At the conference, delegates also discussed solutions to remove limitations in Party development, environmental sanitation, flood prevention, and difficulties for projects.
