Previously, on social networks, there was a picture of a child with many bruises on many areas of the body such as buttocks, legs, thighs and ribs. According to the person who posted the information, the abused boy is in 6th grade, in Vinh Khuc commune.

Mr. Luong Dinh Quyen, according to initial information, Mr. D.VT, (born in 1988, in Cau village, Vinh Khuc commune) received a report that his son D.HM (born in 2013) and 3 other students (in the same 6th grade) at Vinh Khuc Commune Secondary School used tobacco.

Then, at around 2:00 p.m. on March 10, Mr. T. asked the children to come to his karaoke establishment in Dong Khuc village (Vinh Khuc commune) to question them and beat them with a plastic pipe as a deterrent, not allowing them to use tobacco.

Upon receiving the news, Vinh Khuc Commune People's Committee immediately sent officials to visit the children after the incident occurred.

Currently, the children's health is basically normal and they still go to school.
