Closing Ceremony of the 2025 Intensive Training Course on Inspection and Supervision

On the afternoon of October 17, at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (Hanoi), the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies coordinated with the Central Inspection Committee to organize the closing ceremony of the 2025 Intensive Professional Training Course on Inspection and Supervision Work for Party Committee members, Inspection Committee members at all levels and officials and civil servants working in inspection and supervision at all levels in the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies.

Attending the closing ceremony were: Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics ; leaders of relevant agencies.

In his closing speech, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee Doan Anh Dung emphasized that after 5 days of active and serious study with a high sense of responsibility, the 2025 Intensive Inspection and Supervision Training Conference has completed all the program content and was a great success. Nearly 300 trainees, who are comrades in Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, were taught 9 intensive professional topics by the reporters, who are comrades with a lot of practical experience from the Department of Area IA, the Central Inspection Committee. These are all very basic, core and practical issues in performing inspection and supervision tasks, especially for comrades who are new to the Party's inspection work.

Trainees fully grasp the content of the topics, and at the same time discuss and exchange many situations arising in the practice of performing tasks at their agencies and units; are equipped with a lot of new and practical knowledge; grasp the regulations, processes, methods and skills to handle situations arising in the process of performing inspection and supervision tasks, especially during the time of implementing the revolution in arranging and streamlining the organization of the political system and operating the local government at 2 levels.

Comrade Doan Anh Dung suggested that the trainees continue to spend time studying and skillfully applying the knowledge they have learned to their advisory work, assisting Party committees, inspection and supervision to gradually innovate and improve the quality of inspection and supervision work, contributing to maintaining discipline; preventing and combating corruption, waste, negativity, consolidating and enhancing people's trust, and building a country that develops day by day.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies, emphasized that the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work must originate from political tasks, serve political tasks and Party building work, considering it a principle to ensure the correct implementation of goals and viewpoints, and improve the quality and effectiveness of the Party's inspection and supervision activities. The immediate task is: "Focus on strictly maintaining discipline and order, strengthening deterrence and preventing violations; shifting the Party's inspection and supervision method from "passive" to "proactive", ensuring that there are no "dark areas" or "gaps" that inspection and supervision work cannot reach".

Through 9 specialized topics studied, comrade Nguyen Long Hai emphasized a number of key tasks. In particular, the Party Inspection Committee of the Central Party agencies fully absorbed the opinions exchanged and discussed in the topics and study sessions, especially new situations to supplement, improve and better organize the implementation of the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work in the coming time.

After the course, the trainees spent time researching, along with the knowledge and experience acquired through the training class, advising the Party Committees and Inspection Committees at the same level to continue to innovate and improve the quality of inspection and supervision work according to the direction of General Secretary To Lam : "Associating inspection and supervision work with power control; building an effective supervision mechanism, capable of early warning and preventing violations right from the grassroots, not allowing small violations to accumulate into serious violations"; at the same time, regularly self-study and practice to be confident and courageous in performing tasks well, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization.
