2. Standard conditions Register for the survey :
- Have Vietnamese nationality; be 18 years of age or older; have a clear background, be healthy enough to perform the job; have professional qualifications and skills appropriate to the position being recruited, have IT and foreign language skills appropriate to the position being recruited; have an application form for civil servant recruitment.
- Do not recruit people who: Have limited or lost civil capacity, are under criminal prosecution, are being prosecuted, are serving or have completed serving a court sentence or decision but have not had their criminal record cleared.
3. Form and content of reception and recruitment :
a) Recruitment form: Recruitment is carried out through examination.
b) Recruitment content: Recruiting civil servants through 2 full rounds
- Round 1: Check the application conditions on the application form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If fully met, the applicant will be able to participate in round 2.
- Round 2: Oral exam to test knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.

- Certified copies of diplomas and certificates: Professional graduation certificate, IT certificate, foreign language certificate or ethnic language certificate suitable for the applied position.
- Certificate of priority in civil servant recruitment ( if any ) certified and confirmed by a competent authority.
