Accordingly, in the past time, agencies and units in the entire Corps have correctly identified the important position and role of the team of political instructors as well as political education work in the unit; promoted the leadership and direction of Party committees, political commissars, political officers, and commanders at all levels to organize the competition for grassroots political instructors closely, seriously, creatively, and to achieve the set goals and requirements.
Through the competition at the grassroots level and the results of the 2023 Training Sports Festival, agencies and units have selected 58 excellent political instructors to participate in the Corps-level competition. The 2023 Corps-level Political Instructor Competition is an opportunity for officers directly involved in political teaching to supplement their knowledge, methods, pedagogical skills and exchange and learn from experiences; it is an important basis for agencies and units to assess the actual strengths and weaknesses in political education work in their units.
On the basis of the contest, Party committees, commanders, and political agencies at all levels strengthen leadership and direction measures, continue to train and improve the qualities, qualifications, and capacity of political teaching staff; constantly innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of political education work at the unit, contributing to improving the overall quality and combat strength of the Corps, and successfully completing all assigned tasks.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Nguyen Duc Dinh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Armored Corps, acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparations for the contest by agencies and units in the past time. In order for the contest to achieve its goals and requirements, Major General Nguyen Duc Dinh requested the Organizing Committee and the Jury to continue to thoroughly grasp the instructions, plans and regulations of the contest; uphold the spirit of responsibility, objectivity and impartiality in scoring, accurately evaluating results, creating favorable conditions for contestants to fully demonstrate their abilities and teaching methods.
In addition, Major General Nguyen Duc Dinh also requested the contestants to always be united, honest, calm, confident, respectful, and help each other to progress; strictly comply with the contest rules and regulations; and strive to complete the contest contents with the highest results. Through the contest, a new change in awareness as well as working methods and styles will be created, gradually perfecting and improving the quality of the political teaching staff of the Corps to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
