On behalf of the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command, Colonel Hoang Van Man presented flowers and gifts to congratulate the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in the province on celebrating the Buddha's birthday in solidarity, peace and happiness. At the same time, he acknowledged the important contributions of monks, nuns and Buddhists in preserving and protecting national security in the area.

Colonel Hoang Van Man also shared about volunteer work, the organization of programs and activities to care for the poor, policy families, and poor, studious children in the areas managed by the border guard unit; hoping that in the coming time, the provincial Border Guard and the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province will coordinate to organize many volunteer activities in the coastal border areas of the province.
