According to information from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 0:00 on September 29, the center of storm No. 10 (Bualoi) was located on the mainland along the coast of Ha Tinh - Northern Quang Tri area.

The strongest wind near the storm center is level 11 (103 - 117 km/h), gusting to level 14. It is forecasted that in the next 3 hours, storm No. 10 will move west-northwest at a speed of about 20-25 km/h.

It is forecast that by 10 a.m. on September 29, storm No. 10 will continue to move west-northwest and make landfall in the provinces from Nghe An to Ha Tinh , then gradually weaken into a tropical depression, with a strong intensity of level 7, gusting to level 11.

At 10:00 p.m. on September 29, the tropical depression moved west-northwest at a speed of 20-25 km/hour, moving inland and weakening into a low-pressure area over upper Laos.
