On the mainland along the coast of the provinces from Quang Ninh to North Quang Tri, strong winds of level 6-8, gusts of level 9-10.

At 8:00 p.m., the center of storm No. 10 Bualoi was located on the coastal area of ​​Nghe An - Northern Quang Tri. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 12 (118-133 km/h), gusting to level 15. It is forecasted that in the next 3 hours, the storm will move in a West Northwest direction, at a speed of about 20-25 km/h.

At around 7am on September 29, the center of storm No. 10 Bualoi was located on the mainland of Nghe An-Ha Tinh provinces, moving in a West Northwest direction, traveling 20-25km/h per hour and decreasing to level 8-9, gusting to level 11.

It is expected that around morning to noon of the same day, storm No. 10 Bualoi will weaken, leaving only post-storm rain circulation along with the risk of flash floods and landslides in the mountainous and midland areas of the North.

Mr. Hoang Phuc Lam - Deputy Director of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting - said that looking at the forecast image of the trajectory, location and intensity of storm No. 10, at about 1:00 a.m. on September 29, the storm's center will reach the shore. The area most affected by wind and rain is a few hundred kilometers from the storm's center, so from evening until the end of the night, specifically around 4-5:00 a.m. on September 29, is determined to be the peak time of wind and rain, which is also the most dangerous period.

The focus of direct impact this time is the area identified as having level 4 natural disaster risk, including the provinces from Thanh Hoa to the north of Quang Tri .

The localities affected by storm No. 10 will be in order from South to North along with the storm's progress to the North. From Quang Tri - Da Nang provinces, in the evening it will expand to Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, from midnight to morning it will be the provinces of the Northern Delta, then the midlands and mountainous areas of the North. The midlands and mountainous areas of the North will mainly be affected by heavy rain, the wind will not be strong.

In addition, due to the impact of storm No. 10 Bualoi, the sea area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Tri (including Hon Ngu island, Con Co special zone) will have strong winds of level 8-10, the area near the storm's eye will have winds of level 11-12, gusts of level 15, waves of 6-8m high, and rough seas.

Northern Bac Bo Gulf (including Van Don special economic zone, Co To, Cat Hai and Hon Dau island) has strong winds of level 6-7, southern (including Bach Long Vi special economic zone) level 8-9, gusts of level 11, waves 3-5m high, very rough seas.

Coastal areas and islands from Hung Yen - Ha Tinh have storm surges of 0.5-1.5m, of which Thanh Hoa and Nghe An have 1-1.5m. There is a high risk of flooding on the morning of September 29 in low-lying areas, coastal roads, and river mouths due to storm surges, waves, and rain.

On land, from Thanh Hoa to Northern Quang Tri, strong winds of level 7-9, near the eye of the storm, level 10-12 gusts of level 14, wind force can knock down trees, houses, electric poles, causing very heavy damage. Coastal areas from Quang Ninh to Ninh Binh have strong winds of level 6-7, gusts of level 8-9, in some places level 8, gusts of level 10.
