Ca Mau Border Guard effectively implements the grassroots democracy regulations associated with political tasks.

On October 14, the Border Guard Command's working delegation led by Major General Vu Quoc An, Deputy Political Commissar of the Vietnam Border Guard, Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations in the Border Guard, inspected and grasped the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations at the Border Guard Command of Ca Mau province, Dat Mui Border Guard Station and Rach Goc Border Guard Station (Ca Mau province).

Reporting to the working delegation, Colonel Pham Minh Giang, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Border Guard of Ca Mau province, said that Party committees at all levels in the Provincial Border Guard regularly pay attention to leading, directing, seriously and effectively implementing documents, instructions and directions of all levels on implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations; concretizing them into plans and programs of activities suitable to the situation of agencies and units. Party committees and commanders of agencies and units in the Provincial Border Guard regularly review, supplement and complete regulations and rules; the work of inspecting and supervising the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations is maintained seriously, orderly and closely.

The process of leading and directing the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations has created a clear change in both awareness and implementation; discipline and order have been maintained; the regime, order, quality and effectiveness of the activities of mass organizations and the Military Council have been maintained; the rights and obligations of cadres and soldiers have always been cared for and ensured.

As a result, from the beginning of 2025 until now, the unit has proposed that all levels, branches and localities award Certificates of Merit to 94 collectives and 525 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movements of "Determination to Win", "High Point", and "Sudden Emulation"; at the same time, organized 242 meetings and dialogues with more than 6,218 officers and soldiers; 120 sessions to deploy related documents, policies and regimes, with over 5,450 participants...

The working group inspected the contents of the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations such as: Leadership, direction, dissemination, implementation of resolutions, directives, regulations, rules, and instructions of superiors and their own levels on the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations; the issuance of documents on leadership and direction of the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations associated with the successful implementation of the unit's political tasks, building a clean and strong Party organization and building a comprehensively strong agency and unit "Exemplary, typical".

Recognizing and appreciating the systematic implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations at the unit, and at the same time requesting the organization to overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the inspection team, Major General Vu Quoc An hopes that the officers and soldiers of the Ca Mau Provincial Border Guard continue to unite, bond, promote the achievements, better implement the grassroots democracy regulations at all levels in the Provincial Border Guard, strive to fulfill the assigned political tasks, maintain stability and peace on the sacred sea and islands of the Fatherland...
