Domestic coffee prices today, October 15, 2025, in the Central Highlands region increased slightly compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 113,700 - 114,600 VND/kg.

Accordingly, traders in the old Dak Nong region are purchasing coffee at the highest price of 114,600 VND/kg, a slight increase of 600 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Similarly, coffee price in Dak Lak province is 114,500 VND/kg, an increase of 700 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Coffee prices in Gia Lai province increased by VND700/kg compared to yesterday and were traded at VND114,200/kg.

In Lam Dong province, coffee prices increased by 700 VND/kg compared to yesterday and are at 113,700 VND/kg.

Coffee price today October 15, 2025: Peak, towards 9 billion USD mark

Despite the sharp increase in world coffee prices, the Vietnamese coffee industry is still growing impressively, becoming a rare bright spot in agricultural exports in 2025.

Thanks to record international prices and stable domestic production, coffee exports this year are expected to reach more than 1.6 million tons, equivalent to 9 billion USD, far exceeding last year's record of 5.62 billion USD.

In the first 9 months of the year, we exported nearly 1.24 million tons, earning 7 billion USD. Thanks to that, coffee has officially surpassed vegetables and fruits to become the agricultural export product with the highest value.

Coffee prices have also continued to rise. The average price in September reached 5,700 USD/ton, bringing the average price for the whole nine months to 5,655 USD/ton, 45.2% higher than the same period last year and the highest level ever.

This success comes from a strong transformation of the industry. Vietnam is not only selling raw coffee but is also promoting the export of deeply processed products such as roasted and instant coffee, which have many times higher added value.

World coffee prices today

At the close of trading on October 13, the price of the online Robusta coffee contract for November 2025 delivery on the London Stock Exchange reached 4,555 USD/ton, down 0.11% (5 USD/ton) compared to the previous trading session. The contract for January 2026 delivery increased 0.31% (14 USD/ton) to 4,481 USD/ton.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee futures for December 2025 delivery also increased by 3.27% (12.6 US cents/pound) compared to the previous session, to 397.8 US cents/pound. The contract for March 2026 delivery increased by 2.41% (8.85 US cents/pound), reaching 375.8 US cents/pound.

Since early August, the US has imposed a 50% tariff on Brazilian coffee due to the strained bilateral relationship. According to the President of the Brazilian Coffee Exporters Association, if the US does not lift the tariff, Brazilian coffee exports to the US will continue to decline. However, he remains optimistic about signs of improving relations between the two countries.

According to Cecafé, due to the impact of tariffs, the US is no longer the largest market for Brazilian coffee. In August, the amount of Brazilian coffee exported to the US decreased by 46% compared to the same period last year, when Brazil reached a record export. The situation has not improved, as as of September 19, this amount continued to decrease by 20% compared to the previous month.

“If this tax remains in place, coffee exports to the US will certainly continue to decline,” said Mr. Ferreira, CEO of Tristao Trading, one of Brazil’s largest coffee exporters.
