The Ministry of National Defense has agreed on the policy of transferring land to localities to implement socio-economic development projects, while the province has also allocated new land to military units for defense purposes. Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang requested Quang Ninh province to continue directing agencies, departments, branches and localities to remove difficulties and promptly hand over land to units performing defense and military tasks, ensuring long-term sustainability.
