Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said: In recent years, with the attention and facilitation of central ministries and branches, especially the Ministry of National Defense , Quang Ninh province has implemented many driving projects, making an important contribution to promoting socio-economic development associated with consolidating and enhancing national defense and security potential in the defense area.
The Ministry of National Defense has agreed on the policy of transferring land to localities to implement socio-economic development projects, while the province has also allocated new land to military units for defense purposes. The province always identifies that maintaining stability in national defense and security is a resource for strong socio-economic development.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang requested Quang Ninh province to continue directing agencies, departments, branches and localities to remove difficulties and promptly hand over land to units performing defense and military tasks, ensuring long-term sustainability.
Military units stationed in the area coordinate with localities to complete procedures for receiving and handing over land to ensure compliance with legal procedures and meet requirements and tasks.
