The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment announced the adjustment of the content of the Civil Service Examination Plan according to the 2023 staffing quota.

On March 14, 2024, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Notice No. 136/TBBTNMT on the recruitment of civil servants according to the 2023 staffing quota of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (hereinafter referred to as Notice No. 136/TB-BTNMT).

Pursuant to Decision No. 1699/QD-BTNMT dated June 24, 2024 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on adjusting the Plan for recruiting civil servants according to the 2023 staffing quota of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; following Notice No. 136/TB-BTNMT, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment announces as follows:

1. Adjust the content of "other requirements" of recruitment positions, specifically as follows:
a) Recruitment position for Specialist in management of science and technology activities under the Department of Science and Technology:
- Able to use foreign languages ​​at a level equivalent to level 3 of the Vietnamese foreign language proficiency framework.
- Have basic information technology skills.
b) Recruitment position of International Cooperation Specialist at the Office of the Department of Water Resources Management:
- Have a foreign language certificate with a level equivalent to level 3 of the Vietnamese foreign language proficiency framework as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training or higher.
- Have an IT certificate with a standard level of basic IT skills as prescribed in Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications or an Office IT certificate or higher.
c) Recruitment position of Legal Specialist at the North Central River Basin Division, Department of Water Resources Management:
- Have foreign language proficiency equivalent to level 3 of Vietnam's foreign language proficiency framework.
- Have basic information technology skills.
d) Recruitment position of Water Resources Specialist at the South Central River Basin Division, Department of Water Resources Management:
- Have foreign language proficiency equivalent to level 3 of Vietnam's foreign language proficiency framework.
- Have basic information technology skills.
d) Recruitment position: Water Resources Specialist at the Mekong River Basin Management and Cooperation Department, Standing Office of the Vietnam Mekong River Commission:
- Have foreign language proficiency equivalent to level 3 of Vietnam's foreign language proficiency framework.
- Have basic information technology skills.
e) Recruitment position: International Cooperation Specialist at the Mekong River Basin Management and Cooperation Department, Standing Office of the Vietnam Mekong River Commission:
- Have a foreign language certificate with a level equivalent to level 3 of the Vietnamese foreign language proficiency framework as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training or higher.
- Have an IT certificate with a standard level of basic IT skills as prescribed in Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications or an Office IT certificate or higher.
2. The deadline for submitting application documents for the recruitment positions stated in Section 1 of this Notice and the recruitment position of Information Security Specialist under the Department of Science - Technology and Information Security, Department of Digital Transformation and Environmental Resources Data Information is extended by 30 days from June 26, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on July 25, 2024.
3. Expected time to organize the exam : Quarter III, 2024.
