Ensure payment of benefits to those who leave their jobs before October 15

On October 3, the State Treasury (Ministry of Finance) informed that this agency has just issued Official Dispatch No. 17/CD-KBNN on disseminating and directing the implementation of payment of policies and regimes for people who have left their jobs according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP).

Accordingly, the directors of State Treasuries in the regions direct their functional departments and affiliated transaction offices to propagate, disseminate and thoroughly grasp Conclusion No. 195-KL/TW, Official Dispatch No. 1237/TTg-TCCV, Official Dispatch No. 19/CV-BCĐ, Official Dispatch No. 15041/BTC-KTN to all civil servants performing their duties.

The units directing the awareness of payment and disbursement of policies and regimes for subjects affected by the reorganization of the apparatus as prescribed in Decree 178 are a top priority political task, requiring focused leadership, direction and timely, effective implementation.

In addition, the State Treasuries of the regions urge budget-using units to urgently complete documents to send to the State Treasury and arrange civil servants (including leaders and specialists) to work on Saturdays and Sundays (October 11 and 12) to ensure payment and settlement for subjects affected by the reorganization of the apparatus according to regulations and at the request of budget-using units to be completed before October 15 in accordance with Conclusion No. 195-KL/TW, Official Dispatch No. 1237/TTg-TCCP, Official Dispatch No. 19/CV-BCĐ, Official Dispatch No. 15041/BTC-KTN.

Along with that, the State Treasuries of the regions coordinate with commercial banks where the State Treasuries open accounts to ensure smooth and timely payment to beneficiaries.
