The report on the results of the direction and management work in week 15 shows that last week, the Minister and Chairman attended the meeting to celebrate Chol Chnam Thmay in Kien Giang province and Can Tho city; worked with the People's Committee of Kien Giang province on the National Target Program 1719; attended important events, seminars, meetings... The Deputy Ministers and Vice Chairmen of the Committee for Ethnic Minorities focused on directing departments and units to focus on implementing assigned tasks in 2024, especially tasks submitted to the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Government, the Prime Minister, and tasks with deadlines to be completed in week 15.

During the week, the Committee's leaders directed and processed 175 incoming documents; signed and issued 43 documents; directed the Committee's Office to issue notices, conclusions, and instructions of the Committee's leaders; departments and units also proactively coordinated to advise on implementation, basically completing the tasks assigned by the Committee's leaders.

In week 16, the leaders of the Committee continued to focus on directing departments and units to focus on implementing the assigned tasks and tasks according to the assigned plan, focusing on: implementing tasks submitted to the National Assembly , the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Government, and the Prime Minister; implementing tasks related to the National Target Program for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas; Speeding up the implementation of Decision No. 752/QD-TTg; advising and organizing working delegations of the Committee's leaders to attend the 2024 Congress of Ethnic Minorities at all levels; continuing to carry out tasks in the implementation plans, overcoming shortcomings, limitations, and shortcomings that have been inspected, examined, audited, and supervised by inspection delegations; organizing practical activities to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Ethnic Affairs Agency (May 3, 1946 - May 3, 2024).

At the meeting, the participants discussed and gave opinions on a number of tasks that are still pending in the departments and units, and at the same time proposed solutions and solutions. The leaders of the Propaganda Department also specifically reported on the implementation of the development of the report outline and statistical forms to evaluate the results of propaganda and communication work under the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021 - 2030, Phase I: From 2021 to 2025 (National Target Program 1719), through which the meeting discussed and agreed on the name of the report evaluation outline; analyzed and oriented effective implementation of this task.

Regarding the activities to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Ethnic Affairs Agency, the meeting heard reports from relevant departments and units on the plan to organize the Workshop and Sports Festival to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Ethnic Affairs Agency in Binh Dinh province; the organization of a photo exhibition of the Youth Union at the Cultural Village of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups... The Minister, Chairman and members attending the meeting discussed and gave opinions on the contents and organization plan, and assigned the Committee's leaders and members to attend.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister and Chairman Hau A Lenh acknowledged the contents and results of working week 15 and directed key tasks for week 16/2024. He requested departments and units to actively and proactively coordinate in implementing assigned tasks, including resolving arising and unexpected tasks in accordance with working regulations.

Regarding the development of the outline for the report evaluation of the Propaganda Department, the Minister and Head requested the Department to carefully study relevant state documents and regulations to develop an outline and a set of tools to ensure consistency. Enhance the efficiency of exploitation and security of the Work Schedule of the Committee's leaders on the operating system.

Minister and Chairman Hau A Lenh also gave directions on specific tasks related to the policy of investing in information technology infrastructure; the completion of the system of guiding documents for the Congress of Ethnic Minorities at all levels; the organization of activities on the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of the Ethnic Affairs Sector, ensuring substance and effectiveness; regarding the organization of the Youth Union's photo exhibition, it is recommended to consider organizing it at an appropriate time; and continuing to implement the conclusions of inspection, examination and supervision. The Minister and Chairman also assigned the leaders of the Committee to attend programs and events in the next working week.
