Intensive training on construction order management

On November 3, at the Provincial Political School, the Department of Construction coordinated with the Academy of Construction and Urban Management ( Ministry of Construction ) to organize the opening of an intensive training course on construction order management skills.

Attending the event were representatives of the Department of Construction, the Political School, the Department of Home Affairs and 150 students who are officers and specialists of the Urban Management Departments of the cities, the Economic - Infrastructure Departments of the districts; officers and civil servants in charge of Land Administration - Construction and Environment of communes, wards and towns in the province.

During the 3 days (from November 3-5), the lecturers of the Academy of Construction and Urban Management will provide students with in-depth knowledge on handling administrative violations; identifying violations of construction order; receiving information about cases and resolving complaints and denunciations; Decree No. 35/2023/ND-CP of the Government on Amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees under the state management of the Ministry of Construction.

In addition, the class also provides time for students to exchange and share good experiences, difficulties and problems in performing the task of managing construction order in the locality. On that basis, leaders of specialized departments and experts of the Department of Construction will coordinate with lecturers to directly answer students' practical problems.

Construction order management is always a matter of concern in the country in general and Ninh Binh in particular. Legal documents in this field are constantly changing. Therefore, organizing training, providing information, updating new knowledge, exchanging methods, skills and experiences in construction management for leaders, officials and civil servants at district and commune levels is extremely necessary.
