Storm No. 10 (Bualoi) accompanied by a tornado caused heavy damage in many localities in Ninh Binh, Lao Cai and the North Central region. More than 1,000 Mobile Police officers and soldiers urgently assisted people in evacuating, protecting property and overcoming the consequences of the storm.

Storm No. 10 (Bualoi) combined with sudden tornadoes caused serious damage in localities in the North Central, Northwest and Ninh Binh regions. Hundreds of households were affected, many properties were damaged, daily life was difficult, and there was a risk of local flooding in many places.

Faced with the emergency, more than 1,000 officers and soldiers of the North Central Mobile Police Regiment, the Capital Mobile Police Regiment and the Northwest Mobile Police Regiment urgently mobilized to the affected areas to coordinate with the authorities and people to overcome the consequences.

In Ninh Binh, the communes of Quy Nhat, Hai Anh, Hai Thinh, Hong Phong, Gia Hung and Chat Binh were severely affected by the storm. On the same day, the Party Committee and Command of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment directed the Mobile Police Battalion No. 4 - the unit currently on a field trip in Rang Dong commune - to quickly deploy forces, vehicles and necessary equipment to support the people. The officers and soldiers worked with the local authorities to evacuate and move people to safety; at the same time, they supported the transportation and protection of property, minimizing damage caused by flooding.

In Lao Cai , from the night of September 28 until now, heavy to very heavy rain has caused localized flooding in some areas. At 10:00 p.m. on September 29, the Northwest Mobile Police Regiment mobilized Battalion 3 with necessary forces, vehicles, and military equipment to promptly support the evacuation and movement of people and property in Nam Cuong ward, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.

Meanwhile, in Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Thanh Hoa provinces, the damage caused by the storm and the rain circulation after the storm was also very heavy. Following the direction of Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van, Commander of the Mobile Police, the North Central Mobile Police Regiment mobilized more than 700 officers and soldiers to the base, coordinating with local forces to evacuate people, direct traffic, and clean up the environment after the storm.
