The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi respectfully announces the organization of the SEAMEO SPAFA Rotating Meeting at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Centre for Archaeology and Fine Arts (SEAMEO SPAFA), is a regional educational organization specializing in the field of archaeology and fine arts, established by the Council of Education Ministers of the States in the region, with the aim of enhancing cooperation among member states and developing the cultural heritage of the region through education, research and professional services.
With the aim of strengthening and further expanding cooperation with organizations in the region, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities plans to organize an annual, rotating meeting of SEAMEO SPAFA, details as follows: 1. Time and venue: - Expected time: From September 12 to 14, 2023 - Venue: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi 2. Form of organization: Directly at the hall combined with online. 3. Participants: - Foreign: 16 delegates, expected to include the current Coordinating Board of SPAFA and representatives of 8 member countries; - Vietnam: Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training , representatives of the Board of Directors of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; representatives of the Institute of Archaeology and teachers and researchers inside and outside Vietnam National University, Hanoi interested in the fields of history, archaeology and fine arts.
