Comrade Do Viet Hung holds the position of Chairman of Nghia Do Ward People's Committee

HNP - On the morning of October 6, the People's Council of Nghia Do ward for the 2021-2026 term held its first thematic meeting to review, discuss and pass a number of important resolutions within its authority, to ensure the effectiveness of the ward People's Council's operations in the new period.

In his opening speech, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Nghia Do Ward Nguyen Hong Son said that this is an important meeting, aiming to perfect the organization, supplement personnel, and at the same time approve necessary content to ensure the activities of the People's Council of the ward in the new period.

Delegates vote to elect the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Nghia Do ward

At the meeting, delegates discussed and unanimously approved resolutions on the Working Regulations of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, committees and delegations of the People's Council of Nghia Do ward for the 2021-2026 term; Resolution on promulgating meeting regulations; Resolution on the content of the supervision program of the People's Council of the ward for the last 3 months of 2025.

At the same time, the Ward People's Council also listened to the report on the performance results of the Standing Committee of the People's Council from July 1 to September 30, 2025 and conducted personnel work according to its authority.

Leaders of Nghia Do ward presented flowers and congratulated the new Chairman of the People's Committee of Do Viet Hung ward.

At the meeting, 100% of the delegates of Nghia Do Ward People's Council voted to elect comrade Do Viet Hung, Deputy Secretary of Nghia Do Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Speaking on accepting the assignment, comrade Do Viet Hung expressed his deep gratitude for the trust and confidence of the Standing Party Committee and the People's Council delegates of the ward, and affirmed that he will always make every effort, promote the sense of responsibility, constantly learn, practice, improve professional qualifications, maintain the qualities of cadres and public servants, and work with the ward leadership to unite, be proactive and creative in performing tasks.

Emphasizing the priorities in the coming time, he said that the ward will continue to promote administrative reform associated with digital transformation; support businesses and business households to access new technology to develop production, business and promote products. In addition, the ward will focus on promoting traditional cultural values, improving the quality of public spaces and cultural institutions; building a civilized urban lifestyle; encouraging creative models and convenient services to serve the community, aiming to improve the quality of people's lives, building Nghia Do ward to be more civilized and modern.

Previously, according to Decision No. 4284/QD-UBND dated August 18, 2025 of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh, comrade Tran Dinh Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Do Ward for the 2021-2026 term was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Comrade Do Viet Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board was appointed by the Hanoi Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghia Do Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
