Accompanying the Deputy Prime Minister were Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, representatives of ministries, branches, Hanoi City and Vingroup Corporation.

According to the Report of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, up to now, the Ministry of Finance has completed the synthesis of the proposal for central funding support for ministries, branches and localities participating in the Fair, and submitted it to competent authorities for consideration and decision.

Vingroup Corporation has completed the overall design and decoration of the Fair, the design of the zones, logo and general identification system of the Fair and has been approved by the Fair Steering Committee to unify the relevant ministries, branches and localities in organizing and participating in the Fair.

Enterprises and organizations registered to participate in the Fair covered the entire exhibition area of ​​the Exhibition Center building, including nearly 80 booths of foreign enterprises, mainly machinery, equipment, and raw materials for production.

The number of industries displayed at the Fair is rich and diverse in the fields of heavy industry, light industry, cultural industry, science & technology, agricultural products and processed foods, trade services, consumer goods, etc.

Agencies, organizations, and businesses have started construction since October 17, 2025, on schedule, and are committed to completing the project before October 22, 2025 to hand over to businesses displaying goods for the final rehearsal on October 24, 2025.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has assigned its units to organize 10 specialized seminars, online export forums with Alibaba, Amazon, and B2B trade conferences for international buyers brought back to the country by Vietnamese Trade Offices abroad.

Trade Offices around the world are still actively registering to invite purchasing delegations from all over the world to Vietnam to purchase goods at the Fair. Currently, there are 25 international business delegations registered to trade at the Fair.

Through a field survey and listening to the opinions of relevant agencies, units and localities, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son highly appreciated the efforts of ministries, branches, localities and relevant organizations in implementing work contents on schedule, ensuring that the general rehearsal can be held at 7:00 p.m. on October 24, 2025, and the Opening Ceremony will be held at 8:00 p.m. on October 25, 2025.

Due to the time to complete the preparation work being less than 1 week while there are 30 booths at risk of being behind schedule, the Deputy Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to review and urge ministries, branches, localities and enterprises to speed up the construction progress of booths every day, every hour, by all means; emphasized that the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and cities must be responsible for the implementation of their local booths; units that do not meet the progress requirements need to have an immediate alternative plan.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Public Security and Hanoi City to plan to ensure security and order during the Fair; the Ministry of Industry and Trade to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to organize fundraising activities to support people affected by recent storms and floods; the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to complete the detailed script for the Fair's opening and closing ceremonies and report to the Prime Minister.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to proactively provide information to press agencies, and press agencies to proactively approach localities and businesses to inform and promote before, during and after the Fair in an impressive and memorable way, creating a premise for the next Fairs.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to announce the level of funding support for ministries, branches and localities participating in the Fair tomorrow (October 20); continue to monitor and synthesize the funding support needs of ministries, branches and localities during the Fair, ensuring compliance with the law and on schedule.

The Ministry of Science and Technology continues to review and urge science, technology and innovation enterprises to participate and construct booths at the Fair according to the general schedule.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues to closely coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Public Security to invite international delegations to Vietnam to attend the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime and visit the Fair (if possible).

For Hanoi, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the city to focus all its efforts on constructing booths, creating highlights for the Fair; tomorrow, promote the Fair's identity and logo in the city and on the way to the Fair.

The Deputy Prime Minister once again emphasized the requirement that goods displayed and sold at the Fair must be typical and of the highest quality.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is the first Fair in Vietnam, with 3 most: Organized on the largest scale, about 3,000 booths, at the largest and most modern Center (area of ​​about 100,000 m2) and the largest number of participants (all 34 provinces and cities, ministries, branches, relevant agencies, corporations, general companies and private enterprises, domestic and foreign enterprises are mobilized to participate).

The fair will be a concentrated trade promotion channel, aiming to stimulate consumption, boost production and business, expand import and export, attract a large number of businesses and consumers to participate, making an important contribution to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025, creating momentum for double-digit growth in the next period.
