On October 3, the Traffic Police Department informed about the fees for driving tests, licenses, and certificates to operate on all types of vehicles according to regulations of the Ministry of Finance .

Specifically, the fee for issuing, reissuing, and exchanging a driver's license (national and international) is 135,000 VND. The driving test fee is as follows: class A1, A, B1 (theoretical test 60,000 VND; practical test 70,000 VND).
