Hypothetical situation: At 10:00 a.m. on October 7, 2025, a fire broke out at the finished products warehouse of Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company due to an electrical short circuit. The fire quickly flared up and spread to surrounding areas.

The fire emitted high temperatures and generated a lot of smoke, making it difficult to extinguish and rescue. Immediately after the fire broke out, the on-site fire fighting force made efforts to carry out initial fire fighting work, preventing the fire from spreading to the surrounding area.

Immediately after receiving the fire alarm, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tay Ninh Province mobilized the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Tan Chau area to dispatch 2 fire trucks and 15 officers and soldiers to the scene, quickly grasped the situation and developments of the fire from the on-site fire prevention and rescue commander; deployed fire fighting activities to extinguish the fire and bring the victims trapped inside the fire to safety.

Previously, the Tan Chau Fire Fighting and Rescue Team also coordinated with Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company to organize propaganda and training on legal knowledge on fire prevention and rescue, and instruct on the use of fire extinguishers for nearly 100 workers and members of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team at the facility.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company organized the donation of 690 fire extinguishers to the families of union members and employees of the Company, thereby contributing to promoting the motto "4 on-site" in fire prevention and fighting and rescue work in the locality./.
