Need to raise people's awareness after washing and cleaning their belongings after the flood at the waterfall in Ha Giang 2 ward

According to the reporter's records on the morning of October 6, at the waterfall area in Ha Giang 2 ward, along the waterfall road in Ha Giang 2 ward, there appeared a long line of garbage, mainly clothes, blankets, and household items damaged after the flood. People brought them out to wash, rinse, and then threw them haphazardly along the road, stretching about 100 - 150 meters.

A lot of garbage is left behind by people after washing and cleaning.

Notably, the water from the waterfall flows directly into the Mien River and some canals and ditches in the surrounding area, posing a potential risk of environmental pollution. Meanwhile, the authorities, youth union members and residents in Ha Giang 1 and Ha Giang 2 wards are actively collecting, cleaning up waste, disinfecting and ensuring environmental hygiene after the flood.

Local authorities need to raise awareness among people, collect garbage and damaged clothes in sacks or plastic bags and put them in the right place, contributing to preserving the landscape and protecting the common environment of the area.
