WARNING: Fake VNPAY personal credit loans

Recently, there has been a situation where banks, fintech companies, e-wallets... including VNPAY have been impersonated by subjects to defraud customers. These subjects take advantage of the reputation of the impersonated unit and announce personal credit loans, then ask users to log in to fake links, download fake apps, enter personal information or transfer money to a designated personal account to prove income and appropriate assets.

This is a sophisticated scam because these subjects have taken advantage of users' trust, putting users at risk of having their banking information stolen. Personal information can be used to make credit contracts and borrow money without the victim knowing.

Regarding this information, VNPAY affirms: Currently, VNPAY is an electronic payment solution provider, NOT PROVIDING CREDIT LOAN SERVICES in any form.

To ensure safety, VNPAY recommends that users DO NOT access app download links or websites impersonating VNPAY, DO NOT transfer money to personal accounts impersonating VNPAY employees to borrow personal credit. At the same time, users absolutely DO NOT provide bank account security information or any other information to these websites. When detecting abnormalities, immediately notify the authorities for support.
