The above villas were built before 1975, bearing strong French architectural imprints, and have special cultural and historical value.

According to research, all of these villas are state-owned and legally protected. Before 2010, these villas were the offices and residences of officials and employees of a state unit. After 2010, Lam Dong province reclaimed them and handed them over to a tourism exploitation unit.

Many walls of the villas are moldy and covered with moss.

Some wooden items are rotten.

Villa No. 1 has a construction area of ​​over 391m², located on a plot of land of 1,775m². Due to long-term disuse, many of these construction items are damaged and the grounds are shabby.

Recently, four ancient villas have attracted many young people to check-in because of their ancient, nostalgic beauty.

According to the Lam Dong Province Department of Construction, last November, DIDAMA Company (the operator) proposed to repair the villa, but the Provincial People's Committee said it was reviewing public asset management before considering it.
