HNP - On October 1, the Party Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward held a conference to summarize the organization of the 1st Party Congress of the Ward, term 2025-2030; disseminate and thoroughly grasp the Resolution and deploy the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Congress.

Reporting at the Conference, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Tran Duc Hieu said that the 1st Congress of the Ward Party Committee took place on August 14 and 15, 2025, with the motto "Discipline - Responsibility - Action - Creativity - Efficiency" . Based on the practical situation and political tasks of the locality, the Congress agreed on the goals, development directions, breakthroughs, targets and key tasks for the period 2025-2030, focusing on the fields of economy, urban, culture - society, national defense - security, while focusing on building a clean and strong Party and political system.

On that basis, the Ward Party Executive Committee has developed 6 major work programs; directed the Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the area to develop plans, topics and specific projects to implement 16 main targets, 3 breakthrough work stages, 5 tasks and 8 key solutions.

At the Conference, to thoroughly grasp the content of the Resolution and the Action Program, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Do Trong Nam, emphasized that studying and grasping the spirit of the Congress Resolution will help cadres and party members of the entire Party Committee clearly understand and unify their thoughts and actions. On that basis, extensive propaganda to the people will contribute to raising awareness and creating consensus in successfully implementing the goals set by the Congress.
