This is a traditional activity held annually for the past 16 years and celebrates the 47th anniversary of the company's founding and the 96th anniversary of the Vietnam Rubber Industry's Traditional Day (October 28, 1929 - October 28, 2025).

At the ceremony, 130 outstanding students out of 1,207 typical flowers were awarded for the 2024-2025 school year, representing nearly 7,000 children of staff, employees, and workers in the entire company. Among them, many students won high prizes in competitions; students passed university entrance exams with high scores and students with excellent academic achievements; orphaned students and students in difficult circumstances who strived to study well. The total award budget is over 633 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Thuy, Vice President of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union, expressed his respect and appreciation for the significance of the ceremony. It is a testament to the affection, responsibility and special attention of Phu Rieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. for the work of encouraging learning, encouraging talents, and caring for the young generation. At the same time, he hopes that students will continue to strive to study, nurture their dreams to become useful citizens, contributing to building Phu Rieng homeland to become more and more beautiful, bringing Phu Rieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. to sustainable development.

The ceremony to honor excellent students has become an annual tradition of Phu Rieng Rubber Company Limited, demonstrating the deep concern of the company's leaders for the young generation who are children of workers.
