According to records in the first 2 days of opening for sale, September 15 and 19, thousands of people gathered at the A6-A7 Social Housing Project to buy registration documents, in just 1-2 hours, 500 sets of documents were sold out.

According to the company, the time to sell the application documents is during office hours, but from 6-7 am there were already many people lining up. Some people who came late ran out of documents and had to come back the next day.

The company will continue to sell documents according to the buyer's needs until November 16, the number can be up to 2-3 thousand sets or more. At the end of the document receiving period (from October 5 to November 16), the company will review, if the documents are valid, they will be transferred to the provincial authorities to review the subjects and conditions; documents that do not meet the conditions will be rejected.

If the number of qualified applications is greater than the number of apartments, a lottery will be held to select the subjects. If the number of qualified applications is less than the number of apartments, the next issuance will be held.

After signing the contract, within 15 days the buyer will pay 30% of the contract value. The remaining amount will be divided into 6 installments to be paid until the expected handover of the apartment in April 2025.

The expected selling price of social housing excluding VAT and 2% maintenance fee is about 18.8 million VND/ ^m2 ; the selling price of social housing including 5% VAT and excluding 2% maintenance fee is about 19.8 million VND/m2.

The rental price of social housing without VAT is about 105 thousand VND/ ^m2 and the rental price of social housing with VAT of 5% is about 110 thousand VND/ ^m2 .

Through this, the social housing project is creating conditions for some people in Bien Hoa City who currently have an average income to have the opportunity to own the most suitable house for each family.
