According to initial information, at around 4:00 p.m. on May 14, people discovered a fire suddenly broke out on the 3rd floor of a 4-story house on Hung Hoa Street (Ward 6, Tan Binh District).

At this time, the people inside the house ran outside shouting. Many mini fire extinguishers were mobilized to put out the fire but failed. The fire caused chaos in the residential area.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Police and Rescue Force of Tan Binh District Police dispatched vehicles and officers to the scene.
Part of the road leading to the area where the house burned was blocked by authorities.
Part of the road through the fire area was blocked off. The electricity was also cut off for safety. Police broke the third floor windows and sprayed water to put out the fire. After more than 30 minutes, the fire was basically under control and extinguished.
According to local residents, the house that caught fire is a company that specializes in electronics. The police are currently investigating the cause and the damage caused by the fire.
