The Party cell does mass mobilization skillfully.

We visited Residential Area No. 4, Thach Dong Commune (old) now Dao Xa Commune - a bright spot in the movement to build a new model rural area. With the spirit of solidarity, unanimity, especially the exemplary and skillful role in mass mobilization work of the residential area Party Cell, together we have built Residential Area No. 4 to gradually "change its appearance". The village roads and alleys are spacious and clean, solid high-rise buildings are built close together, the economy is developing, and the people's lives in the area are increasingly improving.

Thanks to good mass mobilization work, Party Cell No. 4 of Dao Xa Commune has successfully built a model new rural residential area.

In 2023, Residential Area No. 4 was honored to be recognized as a model residential area, 2 years ahead of schedule. Not only that, in 2025, the area continued to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, 2016-2025 period. These achievements are the crystallization of collective solidarity, people's strength and the dedication of party members here.

The Party cell of Zone 4 currently has 39 party members who are all pioneers in all local movements. They are not only inspirational people, but also those who directly “roll up their sleeves” to participate in each project and each working day.

Thanks to the skillful propaganda and mobilization work, the Party cell and the people participated in upgrading, repairing and expanding the main road in the residential area, nearly 2km long, close to the Da River, which had been degraded, with a total value of nearly 4 billion VND. In particular, the people in the area donated nearly 300 square meters of residential land and many architectural objects, worth over 300 million VND and 450 working days; repaired branch roads in the alleys, planted trees, flower roads, electric lights, stone tables and chairs; upgraded and repaired the cultural house, built the village gate with a total value of nearly 550 million VND.

In addition, people also donated nearly 3,000 square meters of agricultural land to build internal roads worth over 500 million VND..., contributing to changing the face of the homeland to become more and more developed and innovative.

“Village affairs, people's opinions” – all policies are discussed openly and democratically. Mr. Nguyen Van Binh – a resident of Zone 4 excitedly said: Thanks to the propaganda and mobilization of the Party Cell and organizations in the zone, my family and many other families agreed to contribute money and working days to repair and upgrade the cultural house, create living space, organize community activities for people, improve roads, alleys, and hamlets, contributing to changing the appearance of the residential area...

After the infrastructure was completed, the Party Cell continued to assign organizations to "take on work" and "take on parts" according to their strengths: The "5 no 3 clean" Club of the Women's Union beautified the streets with flowers and ornamental plants; the Youth Union took care of environmental sanitation and clearing sewers; the Veterans Association was in charge of the lighting system... Thanks to that, each street and alley was always bright, tidy, and clean - a testament to the strong connection between the government and the people.

The Plastic Waste Collection Point model is located at the cultural house of residential area No. 4 - Dao Xa commune.

The appearance of rural residential areas is increasingly civilized and modern with high-rise buildings, bright, green, clean, beautiful concrete roads with flowers and ornamental plants, people's lives are constantly improving, the average income per capita in the area has reached over 60 million VND/year, 100% of households are cultural families, there are no more temporary or dilapidated houses, the poverty rate has decreased to 0.9% - these numbers speak for the new vitality and sustainable development of the community. From 2021 to 2024, Party cell No. 4 of residential area has always completed its tasks excellently, being a typical Party cell of the locality.

“To be successful, we must do a good job of mass mobilization” – the simple but passionate sharing of Party Cell Secretary Mac Ke Duc affirms the guiding principle for all activities of the Party Cell. According to Mr. Duc, mass mobilization is not only about mobilizing contributions, but more importantly, how to make people believe, understand, and accompany. And that trust can only be achieved when cadres dare to think, dare to do, are transparent, impartial, and put the interests of the community first.

Residential area No. 4 today is a living proof of the success of skillful mass mobilization work. Here, each resident is not only a beneficiary of the results but also a creator of changes - a civilized, united, and affectionate community, in line with the spirit of "Party's will, people's heart", worthy of being a model new rural residential area of ​​the locality...
