Strong Party cells come from innovative activities

Over the past years, the people's lives in the province have gradually improved, the number of poor households has decreased. That change must be attributed to the comprehensive leadership role of party organizations, especially grassroots party cells in all areas of social life. Many party cells have become bright spots in implementing the model of "4 Good Party Cells", actively developing party members, maintaining internal solidarity, continuing to affirm the fundamental position of residential area party cells in the entire political system.

The Hoa Thanh Hamlet Party Cell under the Dinh Hoa Commune Party Committee has 12 Party members, maintaining regular meetings from the 3rd to the 5th of every month, with the rate of Party members attending meetings reaching 85-100%. According to the Party Cell Secretary and Head of Hoa Thanh Hamlet, Le Van Mot, to improve the quality of activities, the Party Cell strictly follows the principles of Party organization and activities, especially the working regulations. Thanks to good preparation of content and flexible management of the Party Cell, the regular meetings of the Hoa Thanh Hamlet Party Cell are regular. At each meeting, Party members actively discuss and contribute ideas, reaching consensus and high unanimity in performing tasks.

The Party cell and the head of the Party cell have promoted their roles and responsibilities in leading, directing and operating the Party cell; closely followed and grasped the situation of the residential area; promptly reported to the Party Committee of Dinh Hoa commune to have directions for directing, resolving and removing difficulties and obstacles in implementing political tasks and recommendations of Party members and the People. The Hamlet Party cell paid attention to and did well the work of identifying and evaluating signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", setting an example, complying with regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do; strictly carried out the work of reviewing, self-criticizing and criticizing annually according to procedures and regulations.

In addition to leading and implementing well the monthly, quarterly, 6-month and yearly working regimes, the Hoa Thanh Hamlet Party Cell maintains a good working regime, strengthens inspection and supervision, promptly corrects limitations and proposes solutions to carry out tasks. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Hamlet Party Cell builds and implements 20 topics, creating a premise to promote the Party Cell to successfully complete the task of developing the local socio -economy. The Party Cell regularly disseminates and promotes the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of Party members in carrying out tasks.

Thanks to the good performance of all aspects of work, focusing on improving the quality of Party cell activities, Hoa Thanh Hamlet Party Cell achieved the title of "4 Good Party Cell"; successfully completed its tasks for 5 consecutive years, including 4 years of excellent task completion; 100% of Party members successfully completed their tasks, contributing to improving the quality of Party building work, especially Party cell activities of the hamlet. The position, prestige and voice of the Party Cell are increasingly enhanced, the trust of cadres, Party members and People in the Party Cell is strengthened.

Identifying Party cell activities as an important step in the operation, creating unity in awareness and action of Party cells and Party members in performing tasks, Vinh Thanh Hamlet Party Cell has implemented many measures to improve the quality of activities, creating strong changes in leadership and direction in implementing socio-economic development tasks, contributing to building Vinh Tuy Commune Party Committee increasingly clean and strong in all aspects. Vinh Thanh Hamlet Party Cell has 29 Party members, of which 5 Party members work far away. For many consecutive years, the Hamlet Party Cell has been evaluated and classified as having excellently completed its tasks.

Every month, the Party cell maintains a regular meeting schedule to ensure the time as prescribed. The Party cell carefully prepares the meeting content, closely following the actual situation and the direction of superiors, creating a basis for Party members to contribute opinions, promote Party members' intelligence, and discuss democratically. The Party cell links Party building work with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, building new rural areas, creating positive changes in people's lives.

In activities, the Party cell encourages Party members to boldly express their opinions. “As Secretary of the Hamlet Party Cell, I uphold the spirit of democracy, openness, and listening to the opinions of Party members. Democracy is practiced when assigning tasks to cadres and Party members, openly discussing and exchanging from the drafting stage to the completion of Party cell resolutions,” said Party Cell Secretary and Head of Vinh Thanh Hamlet Nguyen Hong Thuy. For thematic activities, Vinh Thanh Hamlet Party Cell selects key, prominent issues to discuss solutions. The Party cell pays attention to the inspection and supervision of the implementation of resolutions, plans, and programs in order to promptly urge, orient, and resolve arising problems, creating efficiency in implementation.

Promoting responsibility and enhancing sharing among Party members on ideological issues in Party cell activities is one of the effective ways that Party cells have implemented in recent times.”
