Long Xuyen Ward Police listen to people's opinions in 2025

On the afternoon of September 26, Long Xuyen Ward Police (An Giang Province) coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to organize a police conference to listen to people's opinions in 2025.

At the conference, leaders of Long Xuyen Ward Police reported on the security and order situation in the area, results of crime prevention and control work, and shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome.

In recent times, the ward police force has proactively and resolutely deployed professional measures, combated, prevented and effectively handled violations of the law, especially crimes related to drugs, property theft and social evils; consolidated and improved security and order protection teams in the hamlets; maintained and effectively promoted self-management models, the movement of All People Protecting National Security, mobilized the active participation of people in denouncing crimes and preventing social evils.

The conference disseminated different methods, tricks and prevention methods of high-tech crimes...; at the same time, recorded people's feedback on issues such as complicated theft crimes, violations of order and traffic safety still occurring...

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Long Xuyen Ward Doan Thi Huong Ha requested the Ward Police to fully absorb the opinions of the people; on that basis, promptly rectify and handle related issues, limitations and shortcomings; at the same time, proactively prevent, promptly detect and handle all types of crimes and social evils...

Comrade Doan Thi Huong Ha hopes that the People will continue to contribute their opinions to help build the Long Xuyen Ward Police force to be increasingly clean, strong, close and a reliable support for the People.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Ward Police presented many gifts to households attending the conference.
