Land fund around Xuan Huong Lake approved for investment planning for public services

Accordingly, the Xuan Huong Lake area has currently approved investment projects to build a theme park, book street, night-time economic development zone, parking lot, etc.

Xuan Huong Park, Tran Quoc Toan Park, and Ba Huyen Thanh Quan are expected to be built into thematic parks and book streets to create a highlight to attract tourists .

This area is located higher than the lake surface and has extremely favorable terrain. In addition, the areas of Tran Quoc Toan park and the back gate of Da Lat Flower Garden (Nguyen Tu Luc street) also need to be renovated in accordance with the overall planning, avoiding the shabby and degraded situation around Xuan Huong Lake - the heart of Da Lat.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to fix some degraded locations along Xuan Huong Lake.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review the embankment area around Xuan Huong Lake and some bridges at Bich Cau Park to have a plan to handle and overcome the erosion and degradation.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan also requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the Department of Construction, relevant units and the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat to review the overall planning around the national scenic spot Xuan Huong Lake to have appropriate plans and proposals.

By October 20 at the latest, at each specific location, units must come up with 2-3 options that both ensure the right direction and encourage creative, innovative ideas to create new, vibrant tourism products for residents and visitors.
