
With the motto "where the water recedes, clean up there", union members and youth at the Union bases have proactively coordinated with local authorities, militia, police and people to clean up mud, clean the environment, clear sewers, collect garbage, transport necessities, drinking water and food to households in affected areas.
In areas that suffered heavy damage such as Thanh Long, Quang Lam, Can Yen, Nam Tuan, Thong Nong, Nguyen Binh, Phuc Hoa communes, and Nung Tri Cao, Thuc Phan, Tan Giang wards, each commune and ward mobilized a large number of youth union members to participate in support activities, clean up, and restore sanitation after the flood.

According to preliminary statistics, the whole province has over 1,000 youth union members participating in supporting flooded residential areas, schools, and agency headquarters. Promoting the spirit of responsibility, regardless of difficulties, ready to be present in heavily affected areas to help people clean up their properties, repair houses, overcome small infrastructure, and ensure a clean and safe environment. Cao Bang youth continues to spread the beautiful image of a generation of enthusiastic youth, always accompanying the government and people in all difficult circumstances.
