Notably, 68 projects have been updated on the 751 database system, the remaining 228 projects are under the direction and resolution authority of the Provincial People's Committee.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai proposed that for each project facing difficulties and problems, it is necessary to develop a detailed appendix clearly stating the current status, causes and content of the problems, as a basis for departments, branches and localities to coordinate in developing a specific roadmap for each project.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen suggested taking the spirit of Resolution 68 on private economic development, along with the two Resolutions on removing difficulties in the mineral and planning sectors issued by the Government as the basis for solving problems. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh requested that the removal of obstacles must have specific products and results, including for projects that have been concluded by the inspection agency. The province does not aim to remove all projects, but will prioritize support for investors who are determined to implement according to the registered roadmap. At the same time, classify projects into 6 areas directly managed by 6 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, assign members to monitor each specific project to ensure unified and smooth direction from now until 2027.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan said that tourism projects are currently facing the most difficulties related to land and planning, especially the overlap in the deadline for handling procedures. He cited that many projects in Tuyen Lam National Tourist Area are facing difficulties due to the lack of synchronization in investment deadlines and procedures for changing forest use purposes. "In fact, at the beginning of the year, the province allowed an extension of investment, but only approved the plan to change forest use purposes at the end of the year, so businesses cannot overcome their difficulties," Mr. Tuan stated.
