62 million VND/month is the highest salary that a chairman of a 100% state-owned company in Quang Ngai receives, the lowest is only 22 million VND.

On the afternoon of September 18, according to information from the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, Ms. Y Ngoc - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - signed a decision approving the planned salary level for 2025 of the chairmen and full-time controllers at LLCs in which the State holds 100% of the charter capital.

According to this decision, the salary for the position of company president has a significant difference between units. The person receiving the highest salary is the President of Ngoc Hoi Forestry Company Limited, with 62 million VND/month.

Next is the Chairman of Ia H'Drai Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. with 46,574 million VND/month, and the Chairman of Quang Ngai Investment, Construction and Service Business One Member Co., Ltd. at 33,982 million VND/month.

The presidents of several other units such as Dak Glei Forestry One Member Co., Ltd., Dak To Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. and Kon Plong Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. also have payment levels ranging from 28,694 to 30,764 million VND/month.

The lowest in this group is the Chairman of Kon Tum Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited, with a planned salary of only 22 million VND/month.

For full-time controllers, the one with the highest salary also belongs to Ngoc Hoi Forestry Company Limited, with the figure of 50 million VND/month.

Next is the controller of Ia H'Drai Forestry Company receiving 37.56 million VND/month; the controller of Sa Thay Forestry Company receiving 35 million VND/month.

Controllers of the remaining companies such as Dak Glei, Dak To and Kon Plong Forestry have a salary ranging from 23 to nearly 25 million VND/month.

The lowest is the specialized control of Kon Tum Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited, with 18 million VND/month.

Thus, according to the approval decision, the planned salary in 2025 for chairmen of 100% state-owned companies in Quang Ngai ranges from 22 million to 62 million VND/person/month; and the salary for specialized controllers ranges from 18 million to 50 million VND/person/month.

The disclosure and approval of planned salary levels for leaders and full-time controllers aims to ensure transparency in corporate financial activities, and at the same time create a basis for units to implement in 2025.
