Quarter III/2025: 721 more foreign investors are granted securities trading codes

On October 8, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announced that in September 2025, 240 more foreign investors were granted securities trading codes. Thus, in the third quarter of 2025, VSDC granted securities trading codes to 721 foreign investors.

In addition, VSDC's current number of securities trading codes is 50,906 codes (6,243 organizations and 44,663 individuals).

Specifically, in September 2025, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation granted securities trading codes to 240 foreign investors and economic organizations with foreign investment owning over 50% of charter capital (17 organizations and 223 individuals).

In addition, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation also approved information changes for 32 foreign investors (9 organizations and 23 individuals), and canceled securities trading codes for 4 foreign investors (2 organizations and 2 individuals).

Thus, in the third quarter of 2025, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation granted securities trading codes to 721 foreign investors (including 68 organizations and 653 individuals).

Cancel securities trading codes for 19 foreign investors (including 8 organizations and 11 individuals).

Currently, the number of current stock trading codes is 50,906 codes (6,243 organizations and 44,663 individuals).
