The Prime Minister directed corporations, general companies, and state-owned enterprises to report to the Ministry of Finance on the results of production and business activities in the first three quarters of 2025.

To promote macroeconomic growth to achieve the target of over 8% by 2025 while ensuring strict management of land and assets of the State and State-owned enterprises, and improving the operational efficiency and production and business of State-owned enterprises, the Prime Minister requested ministers, heads of sectors, chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities, chairmen of the Board of Directors/Board of Management, general directors of corporations, general companies, and State-owned enterprises to focus on directing, synchronously and drastically implementing, and improving the operational efficiency and production and business of State-owned enterprises.

The Prime Minister directed corporations, general companies, and state-owned enterprises to report to the Ministry of Finance on the results of their production and business activities in the first three quarters of 2025, estimated to be implemented by the end of 2025 (focusing on a number of indicators on revenue, profit after tax, labor use, average income of employees, restructuring and equitization of enterprises...).

The report also presents the difficulties, problems and shortcomings that need to be resolved and recommendations and proposals for enterprises to successfully complete the growth targets assigned by the owner's representative agency, promote production and business, and improve efficiency for State-owned enterprises.

The Prime Minister requested this task to be completed before October 25.

Based on the above reports, the Ministry of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to develop a synthesis report, advise and propose to the Prime Minister the contents that need to be directed to ensure the completion of the tasks of the State-owned enterprise sector, contributing to the country's growth target of over 8% in 2025, and submit it to the Prime Minister before October 30.

The Prime Minister requested the People's Committees of provinces, cities, corporations, general companies, and State-owned enterprises managing land to urgently review the current status of land originating from agricultural and forestry farms. This includes classifying land used for the right purpose, land used for the wrong purpose, unused land, contracted land, leased land, disputed land, encroached land, recommendations and proposals (complete the report and send it to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment before October 25).

Based on the above reports, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to develop a synthesis report, advise and propose to the Prime Minister the contents that need to be directed in the process of implementing the arrangement, innovation and development, and improving the efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies, paying attention to the contents related to land, and submit to the Prime Minister before October 30.
