On March 16, at the football field of Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO Tran Ba Duong attended the Closing Ceremony of the 3rd Vietnam Youth Student Football Tournament - 2025 THACO Cup (TNSV THACO Cup 2025).
The closing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister ; Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Nien Newspaper, Head of the Organizing Committee.
In the final match, the teams of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Da Nang University of Physical Education and Sports had smart ball handling and beautiful passes. In the end, Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism won convincingly against Da Nang University of Physical Education and Sports with a score of 2 - 1. This was also the first time the Thanh team reached the highest position of the tournament.
At the closing ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO Tran Ba Duong and delegates congratulated, awarded medals, prizes of 300 million VND and the Championship Cup to the team of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The TNSV THACO Cup 2025 football tournament is not only a sports playground but also demonstrates THACO's sense of responsibility towards the community, especially the young generation, thereby contributing to building a dynamic, brave and dedicated generation for the development of the country.
Right after the THACO Cup 2025 Youth Student Football Tournament, from March 24 to April 1, the 2025 THACO Cup International Youth Student Football Tournament will take place at Ton Duc Thang University Stadium. The tournament brings together 6 excellent student teams from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore. The two representatives of Vietnam include: the champion team Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the host team Ton Duc Thang University, promising to bring dramatic and exciting matches. The prize for the champion team is 6,000 USD, the runner-up team receives 4,000 USD and the third-place team receives 2,000 USD. |
