With the motto "The entire political system must participate synchronously, proactively and resolutely" and "Each cadre, party member, union member and association member must be a pioneer and exemplary person" in learning and supporting people to access technology, Dak Lak is determined to effectively implement the movement "Digital literacy for all", not letting anyone be blind to technology in the digital age.

The movement aims at the goal: that every citizen can take advantage of the benefits of technology to improve the quality of life .

However , digital transformation is a continuous process and faces many challenges. Especially in remote areas , difficult areas, and ethnic minority areas in the province, not everyone has the opportunity to access technology .

Cuor Dang commune has more than 77% ethnic minorities, challenges and limitations in infrastructure, education, living conditions... have created a significant "digital gap".

At the grassroots level, the local government here is making efforts to bring knowledge about technology and the Internet to every village and every person, helping them exploit the "gold mine" of information of the new era.

Because it is a commune with a high ethnic minority population, people use information services and the internet is limited. Realizing that, we coordinate with telecommunications units to check the signal depression areas and propagate and mobilize people. Up to now, 100% of communes and wards in the province have established Steering Committees on digital transformation; 100% of villages, hamlets and residential groups have community digital technology teams; the rate of people of adult age accessing digital capacity improvement has reached 58% .

Telecommunications infrastructure with 100% of villages having broadband connection, 99.9% of the population covered by 4G, 5G coverage rate reaching 26% ...

Dak Lak provinceidentifies: Digital transformation must take people as the center, and at the same time identify people as the main subjects carrying out the digital transformation revolution.
