Structure of the Center for Public Asset Procurement and Financial Information and Consulting

Kinhtedothi - On March 26, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1735/QD-UBND regulating the position, functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Center for Public Asset Procurement and Information and Financial Consulting under the Hanoi Department of Finance.

According to the Decision, the Center for Public Asset Procurement and Financial Information and Consulting is a public service unit under the Hanoi Department of Finance, with the function of purchasing public assets on the city's centralized procurement list; Training, fostering, and coaching legal knowledge, regimes, policies, and professional skills on financial and budget management, accounting, price management, management and use of public assets, bidding, investment supervision and evaluation, and providing services, information, and financial consulting in accordance with the law.

The Center has legal status, its own seal and account, and is allowed to open an account at the State Treasury and a bank in accordance with the law; and is under the direct direction, management and operation of the Hanoi Department of Finance.

The Center performs 11 groups of tasks; The organizational structure includes a Director and 2 Deputy Directors with 3 specialized and professional departments: General Administration Department; Department of Public Asset Procurement and Information, Financial Consulting; Department of Training, Fostering and Coaching Services.

The number of employees of the Center is assigned based on job positions, linked to functions, tasks, scope of operations and within the total career establishment of the Department of Finance assigned annually by the City People's Committee.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 143/QD-UBND dated January 9, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee on regulating the position, functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Center for Public Asset Procurement and Information, Financial Consulting under the Hanoi Department of Finance.
