Opportunities for women entrepreneurs to participate in real-life experiences

The program helps women entrepreneurs practice physical fitness, thinking, intelligence, and business skills such as leadership, marketing, sales, etc. Thereby, female business owners can take advantage of trends and advanced technologies to better manage their business and family.

In order to motivate, encourage and honor the entrepreneurial spirit of Vietnamese women, contributing to the effective implementation of the Project "Supporting women to start a business in the period 2017 - 2025" approved under Decision 939/QD-TTg dated June 30, 2017 of the Prime Minister ; based on the proposal of the Science and Education Department - Vietnam Television, the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union agreed to coordinate the implementation of the program "When women are in charge" season 2 with Vietnam Television.

"When Women Take Over" is an annual series of programs aimed at encouraging and honoring the entrepreneurial spirit of Vietnamese women. Participating in this program, contestants will receive useful lessons, practical experiences and reliable advice from experts, investors as well as from the brave contestants participating in the program.

Through 12 episodes of the program, contestants will go through team and individual challenges to train their physical, mental, intellectual, and business skills such as leadership, marketing, sales, etc. These skills will help female business owners take advantage of trends and advanced technologies to better manage their business and family.

The program's participants are members, Vietnamese women, without age or region restrictions, who have participated in the Women's Entrepreneurship Competition at all levels of the Association in the past, are owners of economic development models or have ideas, desire to start a business/start a business, develop a brand...

Specific subjects include:

- Business owner/enterprise/cooperative/cooperative group.

- Individuals with potential, new business ideas.

- Priority is given to candidates with special circumstances, ethnic minority women, the elderly, women with disabilities, disadvantaged women, or those who have failed in starting a business...

When participating in the program, contestants have the opportunity to win the First Prize worth 150 million VND; Second Prize worth 50 million VND and many valuable gifts from the Organizing Committee and sponsors; and receive advice from leading Vietnamese startup business experts during and after the program ends.

Along with that is the opportunity to introduce yourself and your business, your products to a large number of television audiences across the country; meet some of the program's investors to develop products and businesses and receive partial support for travel and accommodation expenses when participating in the program.
