In the December 2022 graduation exam, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University awarded diplomas to 479 university graduates of the general education system. In March this year, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics awarded 2023 university degrees to 3,978 full-time graduates. On July 13 and 14, the University of Labor and Social Affairs organized a graduation ceremony for 1,076 new full-time university graduates. Of these, 3 students were ranked excellent (0.28%), 127 students were ranked good (11.8%); 869 students were ranked fair (80.76%) and 77 students were ranked average. The total number of students graduating with excellent, good and fair grades was 92.84%.

Of the 2,079 students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education graduating in January this year, only 24 students graduated with average grades (1.15%) and good, excellent and excellent grades amounted to 98.85% . At the end of 2022, the university also awarded degrees to 2,079 engineers and full-time bachelors. Of which, 3 students graduated with excellent grades (0.14%); 397 students were classified as good (19.1%); 1,655 students were classified as good (79.61%); only 24 students graduated with average grades (1.15%). Thus, the total number of students graduating with good, excellent and excellent grades of the school accounts for 98.85%.

The rate of good and excellent graduates in the October 2022 graduation session of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law also reached 96.7%. Specifically, out of a total of 1,290 graduates receiving degrees, 43 graduated with average grades (accounting for 3.33%). The remaining number includes: 5 students receiving excellent degrees, 202 students receiving excellent degrees and 1,040 students receiving good degrees.

Thus, depending on each school and different batches, the rate of graduates with good grades or higher in all schools is above 90% and many schools are above or below 99%. However, only counting good and excellent graduates, this rate varies by school. Some schools have a lower rate, such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Law graduating in October 2022, with only 16%; Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education over 19%; University of Labor and Social Affairs over 12%...
