Present at the 601st Information Brigade on a day off, we saw that on the training ground of Battalion 2, the lesson plan activities were still taking place seriously, each cadre took turns teaching, the group of teachers and unit commanders gave comments and corrections from words to sample movements...

Lieutenant Colonel Dam Duc Giap, Battalion Commander of Battalion 2, shared: "The results of the unit's management and training of new soldiers are quite good. However, the unit's platoon-level officers are still very young, many of whom have just graduated from school, so their practical experience, methods of organizing, practicing training, and managing troops are still limited. Along with maintaining strict discipline and regimes through lesson plans and lectures, the Battalion commander also actively monitors, grasps, trains, and encourages the comrades to strive to complete their tasks well according to the motto "superiors train subordinates, those who know help those who do not know".

Officers and soldiers of Battalion 3, Brigade 601 Communications train on communication content via relay station.

Lieutenant Hoang Thanh Hieu, Platoon Leader of Platoon 9, Company 4, Battalion 2, confided: "As a newly graduated officer, I always actively learn from the commander, seniors and gain experience after each training session; self-reflect on myself to see what is lacking and weak in order to promptly supplement, overcome, and meet the requirements of the mission. In particular, the training sessions for officers are an opportunity for us to supplement our knowledge and practical experience."

The work of ensuring regular and ad hoc communications must be carried out on complex terrains and weather conditions, requiring the organization of many intermediate relay points. The commander of Battalion 3 focused on training platoon officers on organizational methods, practicing training on "intermediary collection and retransmission" and "communication via intermediate relay stations". Lieutenant Nguyen Le Tung Lam, Platoon Leader of Platoon 16, Company 7, was directly trained and guided in detail and specifically by Major Nguyen Van Luong, Deputy Battalion Commander of Battalion 3, from the stage of assigning tasks, preparing materials, training tools; arranging formations, selecting and arranging sample teams to organizing training.

Major Nguyen Van Luong shared: "Training cadres is the responsibility of superiors towards subordinate cadres. Training is not only about experience, knowledge, and military pedagogical skills, but also creating conditions for subordinate cadres to self-reflect, self-correct, be creative in thinking, and renew training methods, so that each time they train soldiers, they can improve their level and meet mission requirements."

According to Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoang, Deputy Brigade Commander, Chief of Staff of the 601st Information Brigade, the unit's cadre training work is always maintained in a disciplined and practical manner. Especially for young cadres and officers who have just graduated from school, the Brigade focuses on fostering knowledge, improving their level of command organization, professional expertise, capacity, methods, and working style associated with the unit's tasks. The training content is comprehensive in all aspects of work, from unit tradition, local characteristics to conducting Party work, political work in training; building a regular routine, management, training discipline and organization, training methods... Every year, the Brigade assigns cadres to participate in training according to the program of the superior; organizes training classes, cadre training at the unit; at the same time, focuses on fostering and drawing experience through each training category; strengthens the organization of competitions and sports so that cadres at all levels have the opportunity to learn and strive...
