Specifically, there are currently 2 locations that have not been relocated at the intersection between Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway and Vo Nguyen Giap Street, causing difficulties in the construction of the intersection approach road. Along with that, 1 location that has not been relocated at Km4+443 on Ham Nghi Street is causing difficulties in the construction of the approach road to the overpass.

Therefore, the Department of Construction requests the project investor, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, to work with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the Regional Project Management Board 5 and related units to urgently relocate technical infrastructure works, including high-voltage power lines within the project's construction scope so that the contractors' construction work can be synchronized.

To ensure the project's construction progress, the Department of Construction requests contractors to proactively develop a specific construction material supply plan for each day and each stage to meet the construction progress requirements of each project item. In case of difficulties or problems, contractors are requested to summarize and report to the investor for consideration and proposal to the competent authority for handling.

The Department of Construction assessed that the recent heavy rains have led to the gathering of materials (filling soil, rocks of all kinds...) not meeting the requirements, causing delays in the construction progress according to the signed contract. The Department of Construction requested the investor to request contractors to base on the actual situation of the construction site, supply of materials, equipment, and human resources to build and adjust the detailed construction schedule. In particular, the daily supply volume of materials, equipment, and human resources for each specific work item must be clearly shown and sent to the Department of Construction.
