Launching the Social Housing Project in Tam Hiep Ward to welcome the Provincial Party Congress

(DN) - On the morning of September 27, Dong Nai province held a launching ceremony for the Social Housing Project in Tam Hiep ward. Attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Nguyen Kim Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Truong Thi Huong Binh, Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. Also attending were Director of the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province Nguyen Anh Tuan and representatives of departments, branches, sectors, and local leaders.

The Social Housing Project in Tam Hiep Ward is invested by the Joint Venture of Dong Nai Housing and Urban Development Investment Company Limited and Dong Nai Housing Business Joint Stock Company. The project has a scale of 1 U-shaped tower including 1 basement and 18 floors (excluding the attic and roof), height of 69.45m with the main function of social housing seamlessly connected together, located independently on the planned land with a total area of ​​6,045.5m². Scale of 540 apartments, investment level of about 648 billion VND from the enterprise's capital. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in early 2028.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long emphasized: The Social Housing Project in Tam Hiep Ward is one of the works and projects that the province started and broke ground to welcome the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. This is a project that vividly demonstrates the determination of Dong Nai province in concretizing the major policies of the Party and State on economic development associated with social security.

The project not only serves the urgent housing needs of workers, laborers and policy beneficiaries but also contributes to urban beautification, building a civilized and modern living environment, and making a practical contribution to the plan to develop 10,000 social housing units in the province. This clearly demonstrates the companionship and responsibility of society, the business community and the government in caring for people's lives.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Kim Long requested the joint venture investors to urgently implement construction and put the project into operation to serve the people as soon as possible. Dong Nai Province committed to continue to accompany and create all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented soon, ensuring regulations on construction investment and environment, and put into operation in early 2028. Departments, branches as well as Tam Hiep ward authorities continue to coordinate closely to remove difficulties and obstacles to ensure the project is implemented smoothly and effectively.
