* 300 poor elderly people and policy families received free medical examinations

On September 27, the medical team of Thong Nhat General Hospital coordinated with the People's Committee of Trang Dai Ward ( Dong Nai Province) to organize a special mass mobilization mission.

At the program, doctors and nurses examined, provided health consultation, provided free medicine and gave 300 gifts to 300 people in the ward. The beneficiaries were people from policy families, poor elderly people, and people in especially difficult circumstances. The total amount of money spent on the above activities was about 91 million VND.

Providing free medical examination and medicine to people in difficult circumstances is an activity that Thong Nhat General Hospital pays special attention to. Thereby, helping disadvantaged people have the opportunity to receive medical examination and access to high-quality medical services right in the locality; at the same time, demonstrating the local government's concern for the people in the area.

* Also on September 27, Trang Dai Ward People's Committee organized a general environmental sanitation campaign and launched a campaign to kill mosquito larvae and mosquito larvae combined with propaganda to prevent and control dengue fever and Zika virus epidemics (round 3 in 2025).
